room cleaning housekeeping issue

The location was quite convenient with easy access to transportation.

I encountered an issue with housekeeping . My room was not cleaned daily, a detail I found quite bothersome. Staff did bring fresh towels and emptied the trash each day but neglected vacuuming in common areas.

i found the room very comfortable , and the kitchenette was useful. there was good water pressure in the showers. the location is great , close to many shops.

the ecological policy does not include a minimum daily cleaning , so the floor was not cleaned .

nice restaurants beautiful parks early check-in windowless room unhelpful manager refund problem

the area is full of nice restaurants, parks and pubs. it is a place to discover out of the tourist usual spots! staff is nice. also, they give you a full 24hrs for check out times and they also let me check in early. it was great since i had to travel there and made it a bit earlier than i planned too.

apparently i booked the only room with no window. we could never have stayed there and i would never have consciously booked that room. the "duty manager" was quite unhelpful and wasn't looking for a solution.

amazing hometel experience!

friendly staff perfect room handy kitchenette lovely area

anthony checked us in and he was so friendly and cute the room was just perfect for my daughter and me we stayed for seven nights so the kitchenette was super handy it had tableware a microwave a mini refrigerator with freezer a kettle plus tea and coffee the cafe lounge area was so lovely too. breakfast had lots of choices and we totally enjoyed everything. we tried it all and it was yummy. the location is great near the turnham green station.

The location proved advantageous. It allowed quick access to various shops directly from the hotel. The transport options nearby were also beneficial. I found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful.

I experienced an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It resembled mold and I reported it. I also observed that housekeeping did not vacuum common areas regularly. The room cleaning was not daily, although fresh towels were available and trash was emptied.

the room featured a fully equipped kitchen, very convenient (i made some quick meals). the location was near the tube station, so getting around was easy. the hotel staff provided helpful service and assisted with directions.

the television remote in my room needed new batteries.
